These 2 coffees are very high priced because of exteremely short supply and high demand. They are labor intense and hand picked on a steep terrain. These are rare coffees that are not available on a regular basis. Lots are auctioned off and the price on these single origin beans is high. If you come across reasonably priced Hawaiian Kona or Jamaican Blue Mountain it will most likely be a blend with a minimum of 10% of the these specialty coffee beans. These are really great coffees but keep in mind that coffee that cost twice as much isn’tt necessarily twice as good. Email me for price and availability.

I Sell Only Fresh Roasted Coffee

Which coffee you should buy isn’t as important as whether what you’re purchasing is fresh roasted. Coffee is at its peak flavor within days of roasting and grinding, while many bags of coffee can sit on store shelves at grocery stores and at Amazon for weeks or months before they arrive at your doorstep.

A great cup of fresh roasted and fresh ground coffee will always be better than and priciest old, stale blends.

Whole bean or Ground?
Ground coffee should be chosen for convenience-and only if will be consumed within 1 to 14 days to insure optimal flavor. For those seeking long-lasting quality and freshness, I recommend ordering whole bean coffee and grind yourself before brewing it.

We source only the best products from around the world and deliver them straight to you. We roast in small batches and do not over stock our supply. Freshness is key to our success. Supply and demand and roasting schedules may cause temporary delays in shipping your order but it will be worth the wait!

1-12 oz Bag of Coffee is usually consumed in a week.
(15-25 cups depending on the brewing method)
An unopened bag of whole bean coffee will stay fresh for 3 to 6 months.
Grind your own coffee daily for the best flavor and taste. If you don't have a grinder most coffee shops or grocery stores will grind it for you at no charge.
For ground coffee the maximum window for acceptable taste before it starts to become stale is 2-weeks even with proper storage.
(Use a vacuum container to store it after grinding)
